Delete Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Get My Dex account and associated personal data without needing to sign in to the app.

How to request deletion

Send an email to geral@getmydex.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address used on your account and, if possible, your Get My Dex username so we can identify the correct account.

How we verify the request

To protect your account, we may ask for additional confirmation that the request was made by the account owner, especially if the request comes from a different email address.

What the request covers

The request covers your Get My Dex account and personal data associated with your profile, including basic account information and content tied to platform usage such as collection entries, wishlists, decks and listings you created, where applicable.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for the time needed to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce security measures or keep minimal technical evidence of the request.
